This beginner-friendly 2.5 hour workshop is a fun and approachable introduction to this relaxing fiber art. You'll be guided every step of the way as you learn about the materials and tools used in needle felting, transform wool into the basic shape of your furry friend, and add the finishing details that bring your project to life.
Workshop includes:
- A beginner-friendly introduction to needle felting
- Step-by-step instruction to create your own miniature dog (or cat)
- A selection of felting wool and felting needles
- Plastic noses, eyes, and pipe cleaners
- Needle felting techniques you can apply to future projects
Each student will leave with a one-of-a-kind miniature version of their fur baby and the foundational skills to continue exploring the art of needle felting.

About the Teaching Artist:
Linda Facci, the founder and creative force behind Facci Designs, is a celebrated
artist living in Woodstock, NY.
Linda brings over 30 years of creative exploration to her work — spanning
needle felting, jewelry making, mixed media, embroidery, weaving and teaching
engaging crafting classes for all ages across these areas and more.
Her distinctive style and dedication to her craft have earned her a loyal following
and recognition in the arts community. Her work has been celebrated in maga-
zines, exhibited in galleries, showcased on nationally televised home decorating
programs, and featured extensively in online media. Through Facci Designs,
Linda continues to push the boundaries of traditional techniques, creating pieces
that are both beautiful and inspiring.

- Workshop registration generally closes 2 days before the class
- For one-time workshops, cancellations made within 7 day will receive a class credit. We determine whether a class will run and purchase materials based on enrollment numbers at that time. As a small studio, every seat in our workshops/classes matters. No refunds or credit for no-shows. Please read our full refund/cancelation policy before checkout.
