Overview
Meet & Make is our monthly social crafting event designed to bring together people who are new to the area, looking to meet new people, or simply wanting to enjoy a creative afternoon. As adults, making new friends isn't always easy—but it becomes a little more natural when you have a shared creative project (or a mutual appreciation for colorful buttons!) to start the conversation.
Each Meet & Make begins with a fun icebreaker, followed by a short demonstration before you settle in to create at your own pace. Enjoy light snacks, connect with fellow makers, and get tips and guidance from your instructor along the way.
This Month's Featured Project is by local craft enthusiast Maeve Allen will show you how to transform colorful vintage and modern buttons into one-of-a-kind bracelet, keychain, zipper pulls, and other playful keepsakes using simple jewelry-making techniques and jump rings.
No experience is necessary,
