Cancellation, Refund & Credit Policy Minimum Enrollment We reserve the right to cancel any workshop or class that does not meet the minimum enrollment requirement. If a class is canceled due to low enrollment, registered participants will receive a full refund. One-Time Workshops Refunds (minus processing fees) are available up to 7 days before the workshop date. Within 7 days of the workshop, refunds are not available unless there is a waitlist and another participant is able to take your place. No-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits, or transfers. Multi-Week Classes Refunds (minus processing fees) are available up to 7 days before the first class session. Once a multi-week class has begun, refunds are not available for withdrawing from the class. No-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits, or transfers. Class Credits & Transfers Due to advance class preparation and materials purchases, class transfers or credits may be offered in limited circumstances and at our discretion. Requests must be made prior to the start of the class. Credits are not guaranteed, are non-transferable, and must be used within 60 days. Instructor Illness or Inclement Weather If a class is canceled due to instructor illness or inclement weather, we will make every effort to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund will be issued. Additional Notes Processing fees charged by our ticketing platform are non-refundable. Refunds, transfers, or application fee reimbursements will not be provided on or after the date of the first class session.

WORKSHOP PARCIPATION For ALL workshops inside the classroom, you must: Have sufficient vision to be able to see and perceive instructions and demonstrations by a workshop instructor independently or with the assistance of a designated companion. We offer a complimentary ticket for anyone that needs a companion for both our adults and youth programs. Be able to remain adequately fed, hydrated, and properly manage all personal medications, including dosing and administration, independently or with the assistance of a designated companion. Be able to participate in a group setting without negatively impacting or jeopardizing the health or safety of the other participants or instructors. Be able to maintain your own safety in an environment where allergen exposure and cross- contamination may occur. For our OUTDOOR or RETREAT WORKSHOPS you will be required to sign a liability waiver to participate. PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE By participating in any classes, workshops, or events at That Creative Space, you grant permission for photographs and/or video footage of you and/or your artwork created during the class to be used by That Creative Space for promotional purposes. This may include—but is not limited to—use on the studio’s website, social media platforms, printed materials, and other marketing outlets. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify a staff member in writing prior to the start of the class or event. Liability Waiver & Release of Claims That Creative Space Studio LLC – Participation Waiver By participating in classes, workshops, events, or any activities at That Creative Space Studio LLC (“the Studio”) or by joining the Studio as a member. I acknowledge and agree to the following:Assumption of Risk I understand that participation in creative activities—including but not limited to the use of tools, equipment, art materials, and shared studio spaces—involves inherent risks of injury or property damage. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with participation. Release of Liability I release, waive, and discharge That Creative Space Studio LLC, its employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from or related to any injury, loss, or damage that may occur while participating in any activity on or off premises, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. Health & Safety I affirm that I am in good health and able to safely participate in studio activities. I agree to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by staff or instructors. I understand that failure to follow such guidelines may result in removal from the program or studio without refund. Property Responsibility I am solely responsible for my personal property. That Creative Space is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged belongings. Emergency Medical Care In the event of an emergency, I authorize That Creative Space staff to seek necessary medical treatment on my behalf. I understand that I am financially responsible for any resulting medical expenses. Minors (if applicable) If I am signing on behalf of a minor, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian and agree to the terms of this waiver on their behalf.
