Cancellation, Refund & Credit Policy Minimum Enrollment We reserve the right to cancel any workshop or class that does not meet the minimum enrollment requirement. If a class is canceled due to low enrollment, registered participants will receive a full refund. One-Time Workshops Refunds (minus processing fees) are available up to 7 days before the workshop date. Within 7 days of the workshop, refunds are not available unless there is a waitlist and another participant is able to take your place. No-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits, or transfers. Multi-Week Classes Refunds (minus processing fees) are available up to 7 days before the first class session. Once a multi-week class has begun, refunds are not available for withdrawing from the class. No-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits, or transfers. Class Credits & Transfers Due to advance class preparation and materials purchases, class transfers or credits may be offered in limited circumstances and at our discretion. Requests must be made prior to the start of the class. Credits are not guaranteed, are non-transferable, and must be used within 60 days. Instructor Illness or Inclement Weather If a class is canceled due to instructor illness or inclement weather, we will make every effort to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund will be issued. Additional Notes Processing fees charged by our ticketing platform are non-refundable. Refunds, transfers, or application fee reimbursements will not be provided on or after the date of the first class session.

PLEASE NOTE: WE'LL HAVE A COPY OF THIS WAIVER AVAILABLE TO SIGN BEFORE CLASS. I acknowledge that participation in this stained glass workshop involves the use of potentially hazardous materials and tools, including but not limited to sharp glass, chemicals, solder containing tin and lead, and heated soldering irons. I understand that these activities carry inherent risks, including the risk of cuts, burns, exposure to fumes, and other injuries. I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the instructor and to use all provided protective equipment, including safety glasses, gloves, and masks. By signing below, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in this workshop. In the event of any injury or accident, I agree to release and hold harmless Bolted Lightning and That Creative Space from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from my participation. I acknowledge that I am participating at my own risk. Minors (if applicable) If I am signing on behalf of a minor, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian and agree to the terms of this waiver on their behalf.
