You’ll find out in this intuitive painting workshop centered around self-expression, play, experimentation, and the simple act of making without pressure.
Overview
In this immersive and beginner-friendly workshop, participants will explore paint, color, mark making, brushwork, music, and guided prompts as tools for expression, release, and creative exploration. Rather than focusing on technique or outcome, this workshop is centered around process, play, and flow — that small but powerful moment when your mind quiets, your to-do list fades away, and you become fully present in what you’re creating.
Participants will be encouraged to experiment freely, follow instinct over perfection, and create without judgment in a welcoming and supportive studio environment. No painting experience needed. All materials provided.
Disclaimer: This workshop is inspired by Stacey’s personal experience using mixed media art as a therapeutic creative practice. Stacey is not a licensed art therapist or mental health professional.
