Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please read our policy

The studio reserves the right to cancel any class that does not meet minimum enrollment; if this happens, you will receive a full refund. We understand plans can change and appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to cancel. Cancellations made 7 or more days before class may receive studio credit. Cancellations made less than 7 days before class are not eligible for refunds, credits, or transfers. If a waitlist exists and your spot is filled, a credit or a refund minus processing fees may be issued at the studio’s discretion. Credits are valid for 60 days. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credit. If a class is canceled due to instructor illness, weather, or other circumstances, we will reschedule or issue a full refund if rescheduling is not possible. If a class is rescheduled and you cannot attend the new date, you will receive studio credit. For multi-week classes there is no refund if you drop the class or decide it's not a good fit for you.

WORKSHOP PARTICIPATION POLICY For ALL workshops inside the classroom, you must: Have sufficient vision to be able to see and perceive instructions and demonstrations by a workshop instructor independently or with the assistance of a designated companion. We offer a complimentary ticket for anyone that needs a companion for both our adults and youth programs. Be able to remain adequately fed, hydrated, and properly manage all personal medications, including dosing and administration, independently or with the assistance of a designated companion. Be able to participate in a group setting without negatively impacting or jeopardizing the health or safety of the other participants or instructors. Be able to maintain your own safety in an environment where allergen exposure and cross- contamination may occur. For our OUTDOOR or RETREAT WORKSHOPS you will be required to sign a liability waiver to participate. PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE By participating in any classes, workshops, or events at That Creative Space, you grant permission for photographs and/or video footage of you and/or your artwork created during the class to be used by That Creative Space for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify a staff member in writing prior to the start of the class or event.
