In this charming workshop, you’ll learn how to stitch directly on paper greeting cards. We’ll go over how to prep a pattern, pierce holes with an awl, use embroidery thread to add texture, and techniques for creating different styles of flowers. Curious about stitching letters or other motifs too? No problem, we can show you the steps to make it happen.
You’ll start by practicing on scrap paper, then stitching your own greeting card. (We’ll also have paper notebooks on hand as another option.) Display the finished card as a piece of artwork or gift it for Mother’s Day, baby showers, or birthdays.
