Cancellation and Refund Policy

The studio reserves the right to cancel any class that does not meet minimum enrollment; if this happens, you will receive a full refund. We understand plans can change and appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to cancel. Cancellations made 7 or more days before class may receive studio credit. Cancellations made less than 7 days before class are not eligible for refunds, credits, or transfers. If a waitlist exists and your spot is filled, a credit or a refund minus processing fees may be issued at the studio’s discretion. Credits are valid for 60 days. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credit. If a class is canceled due to instructor illness, weather, or other circumstances, we will reschedule or issue a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.
