What are you ready to release from the season behind you, and what do you want to carry forward?
As summer gives way to fall and the Harvest Moon rises, join us for an afternoon designed to slow down, reconnect, and create with intention. Through guided meditation, reflection, intuitive collage-making, and delicious Tulsi tea, we’ll explore the transition into a new season and make space for whatever we’re ready to welcome next.
Overview
In this immersive and beginner-friendly experience, participants will move through guided grounding and meditation, personal reflection, intention-setting, and intuitive collage-making inspired by the Harvest Moon and the transition into fall.
Rather than focusing on artistic technique or creating a particular outcome, the afternoon is centered around slowing down and making space to notice what is present.
Guided prompts will invite participants to reflect on what they are ready to release from the previous season, what they want to carry forward, and what they would like to cultivate as autumn begins.
Following reflection, participants will translate those ideas into a personal collage using imagery, words, color, and texture, allowing creativity to become another form of reflection and expression. We'll gather over herbal Tulsi tea and close with an opportunity to connect and share.
This experience is for anyone drawn to creativity, mindfulness, the changing seasons, the Harvest Moon, or simply the idea of spending an afternoon doing something restorative and different. No meditation, art, or collage experience is needed. All materials are provided.
