To reserve your spot, a $300 non-refundable deposit is required. Once your deposit is received, you’ll receive a follow-up email with:

A curated list of places to stay in Beacon
Travel tips to help you plan your trip
A short intake form so we can prepare for your arrival (including travel timing, dietary needs, and emergency contact etc.,)
Instructions for paying your balance

The remaining balance can be paid in one of the following ways:

Two installments (available for early bookings)
One final payment due by June 10

Payment plans are available for bookings made before May 22. After that date, the remaining balance is due in one payment.Bookings made within 30 days of the retreat (after June 22) require full payment at the time of registration.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

The $300 deposit is non-refundable
60+ days before July 22 — full refund minus deposit
30–59 days before July 22 — 50% refund (minus deposit)
Under 30 days — no refunds

Transferring Your Spot
If you’re no longer able to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to someone else.

If you find a replacement, you will receive a full refund minus the $300 deposit
A $50 transfer fee applies

If We Cancel
If the retreat is canceled by the organizer for any reason, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including your deposit.
Minimum Enrollment
If minimum enrollment is not met by July 8, the retreat will not run and you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

Additional Notes
We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

All participants will be required to sign a liability waiver prior to the retreat.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please read our policy

The $300 deposit is non-refundable and secures your spot. Cancellations made 60 or more days before July 22 will receive a full refund minus the deposit. Cancellations made 30–59 days before July 22 will receive a 50% refund (minus the deposit). Cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat are not eligible for a refund. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to someone else. If your spot is filled, you will receive a refund minus the $300 deposit. A $50 transfer fee may apply. If the retreat is canceled by the organizer or does not meet minimum enrollment, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including your deposit. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

Liability Waiver You will be asked to review and sign a copy of this waiver upon arrival at the studio. By participating in the Creative Retreat hosted by That Creative Space, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Assumption of Risk Participation in this retreat includes activities such as walking, light physical movement, and creative workshops. You understand that there are inherent risks involved, including but not limited to personal injury, travel-related risks, or other unforeseen circumstances. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation. Release of Liability You agree to release and hold harmless That Creative Space, its owner, instructors, collaborators, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses that may arise from your participation in the retreat. Medical Responsibility In the event of an emergency, you authorize the organizers to seek medical care on your behalf if necessary. You are responsible for any medical expenses incurred. Personal Responsibility You are responsible for your personal belongings at all times. That Creative Space is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Travel & Insurance You understand that you are responsible for arranging your own travel and accommodations. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellations, delays, or other unexpected changes. Respect & Conduct You agree to participate in a respectful and considerate manner. The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe. Photo Release Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant permission for your image to be used unless you request otherwise in writing.
